With them, we have over 15 warehouse sites and 7 logistics centres in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, the USA and Hong Kong. At our principal warehouse locations in Ginsheim and Nieder-Olm, we have access to a net bearing area of over 30,000 square meters and more than 25,000 pallet spaces.
Our digital network is also excellent: over the last few years, we have increasingly connected our IT systems to those of all our partners and have optimized them with service in mind. A complete e-procurement system allows paperless processing. This makes a noticeable difference in terms of efficiency and precision, as our complaints quota – just 0.18% – shows.
